3rd Annual Christmas Carol at Fitzroy Mansion!!

Join Accelerated Schools staff members as we bring this classic holiday story to life for our 3rd holiday season!

This year we are hosting our 3rd annual event and are thrilled to open our wonderful building up to the community to enjoy the season of celebration and kindness with one another.

Here are some quick facts about our upcoming event.

  • All proceeds from this event will go to our Student Scholarship Fund. This fund allows us (Accelerated Schools) to provide a scholarship to a family who needs it in the coming year. Last year, we raised $1,200 for our scholarship fund just from the silent auction alone! This year, we are hoping to raise even more!!
  • Staff members and some students will be present and dressed up in Victorian Era costumes.
  • Entry is ticketed and includes crafts, activities, and select food and beverages throughout the event.
  • We will also have festive adult beverages available for purchase as well as some specially made treats for purchase courtesy of our cooking class!
  • There will be several crafts and/or activities occurring throughout the building during the event (such as cookie decorating and ornament decorating).
  • Our annual Silent Auction will be held on the ground floor in one of our beautiful classroom. We have many generous donors each year! Last year we had ski lift tickets from Loveland Ski Resort, tickets to the Denver Zoo, Colorado Ballet tickets, and more! We are still collecting donations for this year's event but we are sure to have some great items again!!

We can't wait to see you there!!!

Summer Food Truck Rallies are back!!  (hosted at Accelerated Schools)

University Park Community Council is happy to once again bring you the Summer Food Truck Rallies hosted at Accelerated Schools, 2160 S. Cook Street every third Thursday from 5:30-7:30pm.

We are so proud of each and every one of our graduating seniors. Congratulations, Class of 2025!

2nd Annual Neurodiversity Resource Fair

On June 22nd, 2024, Accelerated Schools hosted the second annual Guiding Bright Minds Neurodiversity Resource Fair. 85 vendors filled the school grounds with a wide variety resources and support for the neurodivergent community. There were approximately 800 people in attendance as well! We are excited to see everyone again in Summer 2025!
